Does my client need a Maanvo account?
No. Send them a review link. They can open the content, leave feedback, request changes, or approve it without installing another app.
Do clients need another app?
No. You send a link. They open it, review the file, leave a note, and approve or request changes.
Where do my files live?
Wherever they already are: Drive, Dropbox, Canva, Figma, or a public URL. Maanvo is for the review, not a new drive.
Can I store files on Maanvo?
BYOS is the default. Paste a Drive, Canva, Figma, or Dropbox URL. Hosted storage is planned as an optional paid add-on (see Pricing) when you want files inside Maanvo.
Can I see older versions of a file?
Yes. Every revision stays on the content page. Open any older version anytime without losing the current one.
What’s on Free?
One workspace, 2 clients, 2 projects, 20 content items, comments, the approval flow, 2 team members, and bring-your-own storage.
Do client reviewers count as team seats?
No. Team seats are for your agency people. Clients you invite to review a brand do not use those seats.
Can I upgrade later?
